  Clean environment, fast service, and this location definitely delivers when it comes to asking for extra of a specific ingredient(and they never skimp on the guac!!) Absolutely delicious.

  As if Chipotle diseased food wasn't bad enough now the customer service is horrible and I am furious! Chipotle use to be the best around the food was safe and people were friendly. Now, not so much. I called in to place an order, due to Internet difficulties. When I told the person I needed to place an order he stated that they don't do phone orders! Looking at a 23 minute drive this would have saved me time. I tried to explain that I travel the United States with my job and have NEVER been informed of this. Chipotle you suck, this store sucks, and I find that lack of customer service is usually a reflection of the store manager and above. P.S. the Harker Heights, TX store is as bad as this one......
